Membership - Heywood Probus Club is open to Professional and Business men,resident in the vicinity of Heywood, who are fully or partially retired, or nearing retirement, who wish to maintain a social network with others who have similar interests. The Club meets on the first and third Tuesday in each month and on the fifth Tuesday when one occurs.

 

Aims of the Club -

To provide a regular meeting place for members by providing:

- A programme of talks, by invited speakers, on topics of interest for the enlightenment and entertainment of members.

- A series of social events to which wives / partners and friends can be invited to attend.

- An Anniversary Lunch in May and a Christmas Lunch in December for members,wives/partners, and their guests.

- Assistance with community service projects as appropriate which come within the scope and ability of the membership.

 

Where? -  The club meets at the Albany Hotel, Rochdale Road East Heywood
